The skilled nursing program is here to meet the needs of patients who are in a transition phase of illness or recovery, those whose medical needs cannot be met at home or in a long term care facility but whose condition no longer requires admission to an acute care unit. Our skilled nursing program provides the rehabilitation and recovery services based on patient's individual needs. Our devoted nurses and caregivers love what they do and it shows. We have the time and interest to get to know each patient individually. We can be trusted to anticipate your needs and serve as your advocate. You will get the time and attention you need to reach your full potential at Parkview Hospital.
